The Client: USGI Medical is committed to the development of technologies to enable Incisionless Surgery – the treatment of diseases through the natural passageways of the body. USGI’s Incisionless Operating Platform provides surgeons the operating platform and specialized tools they need to perform surgery through a patient’s mouth or other natural orifices, reducing the need for external incisions into the abdomen.
The Challenge:We were tasked with creating and executing digital strategy for new market entrant into gastrointestinal medical device market. Created robust “Surgeon Locator” database for business development initiatives to aid client executives in identifying and communicating with high value prospects and stakeholders.
The Solution: CPI executed web property build-out, and implemented PPC marketing campaign in hyper-niche gastrointestinal medical device market. Campaigns targeted multiple stakeholders including clients and operational partners.
The Results:CPI’s solution has allowed USGI to thrive and utilize digital platform and marketing strategy, recently closing $19.5M equity and debt financing round in 1Q15. Resulting in 20 % quarterly procedure growth and growth to 46 global employees.
