The Client: CFC Capital Partners, A Subsidiary of Allianz, a German multinational financial services company headquartered in Munich, Germany. Its core business and focus is insurance. As of 2010, Allianz was the world’s 12th-largest financial services group.
The Challenge: The executive management team at CFC Capital Partners desired an alignment of IT Strategy to their growth initiatives, in order to hedge against risk and allow flexibility and scale capability to take advantage of opportunity. The existing legacy systems CFC Capital Partners were using were outdated, non-compliant, and unreliable.
The Solution: CPI Interactive defined a new CRM system for outbound telemarketing program and associated management reporting systems, while integrating legacy systems. CPI assembled a team to implement technologies including ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net CSS, AJAX, DUndas, .Net Frameworks 2.0 and 3.5, MS SQL 2005, and Analysis Services, Microsoft SharePoint, and VMware.
The Results: CFC Capital Partners increased revenue 20% year over year since deployment of CPI’s configured solution, and simultaneously reduced headcount by 50%. CPI’s solutions suite allowed CFC Capital Partners to achieve business continuity with their parent company, their operators, and their partners, and remain compliant against all regulatory protocols.
